Partnership Vetting & Alignment Process

Partnerships within The Race for Grace Foundation and Grace National are formed through a careful review process that prioritizes safety, mission alignment, community credibility, and measurable public health impact. Before collaborating with any organization, school, business, faith community, civic institution, or local service provider, we conduct an internal assessment of the partner’s values, reputation, service record, and community standing. This ensures that all external collaborations reflect our commitment to dignity-centered service, youth empowerment, ethical engagement, and improved health outcomes across the Southeast.

Because our work is rooted in addressing nutritional gaps and community care needs, every partnership must also support our broader mission of strengthening access to health-related resources from multiple angles. This includes food access, school and youth nutrition, hygiene support, family stability, rural and low-income community outreach, education, prevention, and the social conditions that shape long-term well-being. Partnerships are not formed solely for visibility or expansion; they are built to respond to real gaps affecting students, families, and underserved communities throughout the region.

The vetting process includes a review of public information, prior community impact, alignment with our grassroots values, and the partner’s willingness to collaborate in a youth-led environment. Once approved, partnerships are documented by the Executive Advisory Council (EAC) and expectations are clarified regarding roles, responsibilities, communication channels, health-centered goals, resource distribution standards, and event conduct. This process protects the integrity of our organization while enabling meaningful, mutually beneficial collaborations that advance nutrition equity, community trust, and stronger public health outcomes across all regions.
